1. Acceptance and scope

By using this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A specific project is also governed by the written quotation, invoice, scope of work and any signed agreement. If those project documents conflict with these general terms, the project-specific written terms take priority.

2. Website information

Website content is provided for general information. Images may be illustrative, and product appearance, model, specification, availability and price can change. Package prices are indicative until Nexura confirms the site conditions, selected brands, quantities, cable routes, structure, civil work, taxes and delivery requirements in writing.

We may correct typographical, pricing or technical errors before accepting an order.

3. Quotations and order acceptance

  • A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it and is subject to stock availability.
  • An order is accepted when Nexura confirms it in writing and receives any required advance or deposit.
  • Work outside the agreed scope—including extra devices, longer cable routes, civil work, elevated solar structures or changed site conditions—requires a revised quote or approved change order.
  • Estimated timelines begin after required payments, approvals, access and equipment availability are confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment stages, accepted methods and due dates are stated in the quotation or invoice. The customer must not send payment-card information by email. Nexura may pause procurement, delivery, installation, remote support or handover while an undisputed payment is overdue.

Ownership of supplied equipment may remain with Nexura until the agreed amount is paid in full, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project, load, property and access information.
  • Ensure the customer has authority to approve work at the premises.
  • Provide safe access, electricity and reasonable working conditions.
  • Disclose hidden wiring, pipes, waterproofing, hazardous areas and structural concerns known to the customer.
  • Obtain landlord, society, utility, regulatory or other third-party approvals unless the quotation assigns that task to Nexura.
  • Keep system passwords secure after handover and operate CCTV, audio recording, GPS tracking and access control lawfully.

6. Products, installation and third-party services

Substitutions require customer approval when the quoted model is unavailable. Manufacturer specifications and warranties are controlled by the manufacturer or authorized supplier. Mobile apps, cloud storage, SIM/data service, internet connectivity, grid supply and utility approvals are third-party services and may change or become unavailable outside Nexura's control.

Solar production, backup duration, camera coverage, image detail, wireless range and GPS accuracy are estimates affected by site conditions and correct customer use; they are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the signed scope.

7. Limits and exclusions

Nexura does not promise that a security system will prevent every theft, fire, intrusion, accident, network outage or equipment failure. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexura is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost recordings, data loss, utility interruption or third-party service failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific liability limit stated in a signed agreement will apply.

8. Intellectual property, law and disputes

Nexura's website text, branding, layout and original media may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Customer-provided materials remain the customer's responsibility.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through written discussion. If that fails, the competent courts for the location stated in the accepted quotation or invoice will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
