1. Scope

This policy applies to information received through this website, email, telephone, quotation requests, site surveys, installation visits and after-sales support provided by Nexura Surveillance Group (“Nexura”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in Pakistan.

The website's current quotation form opens your own email application. It does not take card payments or store your completed form in a website database.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may receive:

  • Your name, phone number, email address and city.
  • Property type, project location, electricity usage, desired equipment and budget information.
  • Photos, floor plans, roof measurements or other details you choose to provide for a quotation.
  • Quotation, invoice, payment, installation, warranty and support records.
  • Basic technical information sent automatically by your browser or hosting provider, such as device type, approximate location, request time and security logs.

Please do not send passwords, camera login credentials, unnecessary identity documents or payment-card information through the website form or ordinary email.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and arrange a site or load survey.
  • To prepare quotations, recommend suitable equipment and schedule installation.
  • To deliver, configure, maintain and support security or solar systems.
  • To process payments, maintain business records and handle warranty claims.
  • To protect the website, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
  • To send service updates you request. Promotional messages may be stopped by contacting us.

4. When information may be shared

We do not sell customer information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with installation staff, authorized equipment suppliers, delivery providers, payment or banking partners, professional advisers, hosting/email providers, utilities or authorities involved in a requested service, warranty claim or legal requirement.

Third parties handle information under their own policies. We aim to use service providers appropriate to the task and limit the information supplied to them.

5. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No email, internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for quotations, service delivery, warranty support, accounting, dispute handling, safety and applicable legal obligations, after which they may be securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Your choices and requests

You may ask us to correct inaccurate contact details, explain how your information is being used, or delete information that is no longer required, subject to records we must keep for legitimate business, safety, warranty or legal reasons.

Browser settings can control cookies and local storage. The current website does not use an advertising-cookie consent system or collect online card payments.

7. CCTV and monitoring responsibility

Nexura installs surveillance and access-control systems on customer instructions. After handover, the customer is responsible for operating cameras, recording audio or video, displaying notices, controlling user access, choosing retention periods and using footage lawfully. Customers should avoid monitoring places where people reasonably expect privacy.

8. Contact and policy changes

We may update this policy when our services or applicable requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
